FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP for the welcome party and the wedding by Friday, March 22nd.

Question

Are there any other wedding events that I should know about?

Answer

Yes! In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we will be hosting a Welcome Party on Friday, April 26th from 5:30 to 8:30 at the venue. This will be a lowkey event open to all wedding guests with food, drinks, and a s'mores roast.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to budget and venue constraints, we are only able to accommodate the people who are indicated on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're aiming to keep our wedding a small, intimate affair. In order to allow everyone to have a carefree night of celebrating, we ask that you arrange childcare and take the night off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Spring Garden Party - think fun colors, patterns, and textures! Have fun with it, but please no jeans. For visual inspiration: bit.ly/3sAWMdK

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 and we ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start, so you don't miss any of the fun!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking on site and the venue is within 15 minutes of the hotels we've recommended. We ask if you plan on drinking, you use a taxi or ridesharing service like Uber or Lyft.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors and on both paved and grassy areas. Since Asheville can get chilly at night in April, we recommend bringing a wrap or coat to keep warm once the sun goes down.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to be accommodating to everyone's dietary needs - please reach out to us and we'll arrange the details with our caterer.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
