Question

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Have you met us?! Of course we will be providing an open bar! Hard alcohol is not allowed at the venue so we will be serving beer and wine only. Additionally, red wine is not allowed on the deck of the historic mansion.

How do I get to/from the venue?

Answer

We recommend carpooling or calling an Uber/taxi to the venue. For those choosing to drive, parking is available at the venue and you can leave your car overnight until 10am the following day. Each vehicle needs to collect a pass at the entry kiosk upon arrival. You must display the parking pass on your dashboard to avoid a parking citation. A shuttle will be available at the end of the event to take guests to the after party in Tahoe City. This is an option to return close to home for those staying near Tahoe City. Are children able to attend?

Answer

We love your kids, but the venue capacity is limited and we would like parents to be able to let loose! If you're unable to find childcare, please let us know. We are making an exception for children of family members.

Is the venue accessible to those with disabilities?

Answer

The terrain and distance between the ceremony and reception may be difficult for those with disabilities. Please let us know if you need accommodations and we would be happy to arrange them for you.

Will the ceremony and reception both be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, we will be outdoors in the beautiful nature of Tahoe for the entire duration until 10pm. We recommend bringing a jacket and comfy shoes.

Answer

If you are participating in the wedding, we will personally keep you updated. Feel free to reach out directly with any questions.
