What is the COVID-19 Protocol?

Answer

In accordance with mask mandates, we will require all guests to mask at all times when indoors unless when eating or drinking. We strongly encourage you to wear it during any time we are gathered in larger groups. We will be working with a color-coding system to address comfortability in approaching individual guests at our wedding. When you arrive at the ceremony, you will be asked to choose a color pin. White Flower Pin: Welcome to approach without a mask Yellow Flower Pin: Ask from 6 feet away if you can approach and if they would like you to put on your mask Blue Flower Pin: Do not approach and maintain a 6 feet distance at all times. The bride and groom will not be wearing these pins, but we are going to be with the white flower group :] Please continue to use excellent masking, handwashing, and hand sanitizing practices at all times. We will have extra masks and hand sanitizer readily available. All staff working the event have also been vaccinated and will be masked.

There is plenty of free parking at the location!

How does seating for children work?

Answer

Children over 3 years old will be given seats at the ceremony and highchairs will be provided at the reception space. Please let us know if you have any outstanding circumstances that require additional or modified seating.
