Josh has been the best friend, brother, travelling buddy, and so many other things. He's supported me in so many ways. He knew Amber and I would get married the first time we all hung out. I'm so proud of the man he's become and I can't wait to see where our roads lead. I can't thank him enough for being with me every step of the way, even when times were tough. I will always be able to count on him and there is no other person I would have standing by my side.

Sarah is the very dearest friend a girl could ask for. Through student-teaching commiseration, completely vulnerable intimacy, lots of prayer, and a mutual love of queso, we've cemented a friendship that we hope to pass down to our someday-babies. Sarah was a straight-up warrior while helping me find my wedding dress and I can't imagine marrying Caleb without her as my witness.

I have only known Kashif for a year. He randomly joined my brother and I at a tournament in Florida (he doesn't ref or play soccer), but we had a great time. I will never forget our drive back as we never turned the radio on for the entire 8 hr drive.

Ashley was my mentor when I student taught and is now my teaching partner and wonderful friend. That one little administrative decision led to a fun, peaceful, collaborative friendship. I can't imagine teaching or planning a wedding without our red-wine-and-puppy-snuggling dates.

Matt has been a good friend of mine for many years. I don't remember how we first met, but I know it had to do with reffing. A few years ago, he invited me to Dungeons & Dragons, and I thought "I'm not that much of a nerd." He kept asking, and finally I gave in only to find a strong nerd buried deep inside of me. {Amber: "That's what she said."}

Megan and I have been sweet friends since we were little. We survived some really terrible hairstyles as teenagers; I'm sure our friendship can survive just about anything. I can always count on Megan to handle every situation with patience and grace and quiet courage.

Mike Cline

Mike Cline, Master of Rhyme, is who I hang around if I want to laugh and have a good time. He is quick witted, smooth worded, and loudly styled. He's a good Bad Boy and a bad-ass referee. We have been on many road trips for reffing and adventures. He even brought my soul back from underworld....but then left my soul and body with some stranger. Moral of the story...you can trust him with your heart but not your soul. ;)

Victoria and I are both only girls with 3 brothers. We both dreamed of sisters growing up; I never imagined I would gain a sister with such a joyful, adventurous heart.

Rian is the simplest man you will meet. No frills, no fancy feet, no fuss. He's been my roommate for many years and has a heart of gold. We've had some great conversations and adventures. He doesn't speak much but when he does, then listen up. He also cooks a mean chili that bites twice. He is also single, ladies!! ;)

I first liked Kenleigh in an English course at Lipscomb, and first loved her when she would sneak into my dorm to sleep on my couch-bed and steal my Cheez-its. She is one of the most fun-loving, courageous, sweet women I know.

Judson and I have been reffing for many years now. We've traveled to many tournaments together and he's been a great roommate. I can't wait to see him grow as a referee and a man. He's always ready to have a good time!

Kate and I worked and studied together at Lipscomb University. We cried about school, daydreamed about boys, and talked for hours about everything in between. In the space of a year, we'll both be married to men we dreamed about through the years.
