FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to Caity (262-365-8812) or Noah (224-475-8631).
Question

Are there any COVID updates?

Answer

As of 8/11, we are respectfully requiring all guests to show either proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours at the door. Photos on your phone work fine for proof. We recommend SummitLabs in Fox Point for a same day PCR test or CVS on Farwell Ave for a rapid test. Thank you for your compliance!

Question

Will the ceremony be Catholic or Jewish?

Answer

Both! We chose to get married at a neutral site and are custom building our ceremony with both faith traditions in mind. Our main priority is creating an environment that is inclusive of everyone.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are extremely limited by our venue's small size, so kids will be limited to first cousins only. Please check your invitation if you are unsure how many seats have been reserved for you. For those coming without kids, we thank you so much for your understanding and hope our wedding can be the fun night off you deserve! (Text us if you need help with a local babysitter).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Again we are very limited by venue capacity, so unless your invitation specifies you have a date, please plan to come solo.

Question

What is the transportation sitch?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle for wedding day transportation to and from the Brewhouse and Aloft Hotel. The shuttle will leave the Brewhouse at 3 and 3:25PM, and Aloft at 3:30PM. On the way home from the wedding, shuttle runs will begin at 10PM and run every half hour, going to either Brewhouse or Aloft. There is complimentary street parking a few blocks away from the venue if you prefer to drive. If you decide to Uber, we recommend reserving your Uber ride in advance via the app - we've both had great experiences doing this.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Both formal and cocktail attire are welcome! Weather permitting, most of the wedding will be outside. You may want sunglasses during the day and a sweater during the night.

Question

Does it matter where I stay?

Answer

Not really! We have room blocks at a number of hotels for different vibes/budgets. There are also plenty of Airbnbs available if that's more your thing. Regardless of where you stay Milwaukee is very accessible by car/Uber, so do whatever works best for you.
