Getting Across the Pond

Dublin International Airport Aer Lingus is recommended and has direct flight options from most locations. Keep a look out they often have good deals! Virginia Park Lodge is closest to Dublin Airport and most easily accessible from this location. Shannon Airport is an additional option, but a farther distance away and would require more coordination.

Modes of Transportation

Coach Bus (*recommended option): Virginia is only an hour north of Dublin Airport, coach buses run every 90min. See link for ticket purchase below. -Bus Eireann/Expressway: Runs directly from the airport. Line: 30 or X30 to Donegal. Stop: Virginia Rental Car: There are numerous rental car options directly from the airport. -Reminder: You drive on the other side of the road and most cars are stick shift on the opposite side. Please request an automatic transmission if required for safety purposes. -Route: M50, to N3, to M3. to N3. It is a direct route. -There is parking available onsite, free of charge. Taxi or Uber: There are numerous services for Taxi or Uber, also available from the airport.

Accommodation - Virginia Park Lodge

Stay with us on the beautiful grounds of the Virginia Park Lodge in one of their onsite locations; Virgina Park Lodge rooms and suites, Bective Courtyard cottages, Shepards Huts and Deer Park Inn. We will book your accommodations at the lodge with your confirmed RSVP. Keep an eye out for email with booking information. Rooms are ~€250-300 per night for two nights. Lodging for Sunday night events in Dublin should be coordinated on your own.
