Let's kick off the weekend celebrating and Caitlin and Michael's favorite spot in town--Folktale Winery! This is a hosted event, and will include Folktale's famous wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. We will also be providing a Cheese Board station, because what goes better with wine than cheese?! This is an RSVP-required event. Please make sure you go to the RSVP tab so we know we can expect you!

Dress Code: Formal--Black Tie (Optional). Tuxes for men and floor-length dresses for women are highly encouraged and requested by the Bride and Groom. Black/Navy suit and tie is acceptable.
-Questions about what to wear? Please look under "FAQs" for more details, as this is a Formal wedding. -CDC and CA Guidelines requires our guests to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-test. Please be prepared to bring either with you, as well as a mask for your safety. -The ceremony will be on grass, and dinner will be held outdoors. Most of the venue has uneven ground, so keep that in mind for high-heeled shoes. -We will have Coach Busses to take our guests to the venue, and back to town after the reception. Please see "Travel" for more info. -If you do choose to drive yourself, free parking is located on site; there will be signs to guide you. We discourage any kind of drinking and driving, so please utilize our complimentary shuttle service if possible. -This event is mostly outdoors, and it can get chilly at night. Located in downtown Carmel, this is one of the only bars that stays open late! Enjoy live music and cocktails to end your night. This is a non-hosted event, and is simply a suggestion on where to go if you're not ready to end your night. Caitlin and Michael will not be in attendance.

For those of you looking for activities for Sunday, we've got some fun options for you! *Please be advised that this is just a suggested activity; the Bride and Groom will not be in attendance. --B E A C H:Meet at the Cheese Shop in downtown Carmel if you'd like to explore the downtown and have a beach day. Bring towels, sunscreen, and snag some delicious cheese from the cheese shop! --W I N E: If you'd prefer to go wine tasting in Carmel Valley, the Cheese Shop can still be a meeting point so everyone can go together. Look under "Things to Do" for more suggestions on wining and dining in Carmel Valley. *B R U N C H: For anyone who is looking for Brunch, Brophy's Tavern on San Carlos Street has an inexpensive and casual brunch.
