Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party

All guests are warmly invited to join us for our welcome party and rehearsal dinner, which will take place at the hotel in the Mirador venue. Cocktails will be served from 5:00–6:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate together and kick off an unforgettable wedding weekend!

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, and we suggest guests arrive around 4:00 PM to settle in and enjoy the moment. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Zephyr Palace, a beautiful part of the hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the main building. For your convenience, the hotel will provide rides to the venue—you can call from your room to request one—but most guests will be heading over around the same time, so please plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate together in this stunning setting! Cocktail hour to follow.
