Question

How is your wedding progressing in light of COVID-19?

Answer

We recognize the severity of the current global pandemic and have to consider that conditions are changing by the day. As it stands we are continuing as planned with the main difference being the option to view the wedding digitally. The absolute last thing we want is for anyone to feel obligated to travel for this event if it is not advisable to do so. Please, if you do not feel comfortable traveling simply let us know and we will have other accommodations available!

Question

What if I don't want to travel due to COVID-19?

Answer

That's fine! We do not want you to feel obligated to join us, as we completely understand given the circumstances. That's why we are going to have a virtual option, where you can watch the ceremony on Zoom! There is an option in your RSVP to let us know if you'd rather do that. Details about how and where to Zoom will be coming soon!

Question

Where will the virtual stream be for those who can't attend?

Answer

We will be streaming virtually through our website here on Zola under the "Schedule" tab. The event is titled "Crane/Allen Wedding" and we will begin streaming at 4:45pm MST. Don't forget to mute yourselves!

Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Following the regulations by Lindsay Grove: Masks are not required while outside. However, masks are highly encouraged while indoors.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love children, we want you to have the day off! So we are asking that children under the age of ten remain at home.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside but the reception will be inside only a short walk away.

Question

How should I dress for the wedding?

Answer

The climate in Arizona around October should be beautiful and almost every day is sunny. That being said, it can still be a bit warm so dress accordingly! We are asking everyone to wear cocktail style attire, but please be comfy! The grass outside is turf, so ladies, you can wear heels without getting stuck!
