K2 Hotel & Restaurant

Per chi volesse pernottare a Foppolo la notte precedente e/o la notte del matrimonio, potra' usufruire di una convenzione con l'hotel presso cui terremo il ricevimento. Per usufruire della convenzione sara' sufficiente specificare che sarete ospiti del nostro matrimonio. This is where will be having post-wedding events. The cost per person per night is 50€, and it includes breakfast! We will take care of booking rooms, and guests will pay after we arrive. The lodging is more apartment style instead of hotel/hostel, you will not need to contact K2 for a reservation, we will take care of everything related to who will be where.

Flight

Bergamo - Orio al Serio

Milan has several airports but BGY is the closest to Bergamo. Unfortunately no intercontinental flights land in BGY, but many low cost European airlines fly to BGY. A few are: Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Aer Lingus

Train

Trenitalia

Trenitalia is the Italian Amtrack but with more reasonable fares. It connects almost every city and offer special fares for tourists. Of particular interest are Frecce-Rosse and Frecce-Argento; these are fast trains (Frecce-Rosse travel at up to 360 km/h (223 mph)) that connect the major cities (i.e. Milano - Roma in 3 hours or Milano-Firenze in 2 hours)
