250 Longpond is a beautiful modern estate in the Berkshires, approximately 2.5 hours north of NYC, 1 hour east of Albany, and 2.5 hours west of Boston. We will have exclusive use of entire property, including the main house, guest house, and barn, which comfortably sleeps up to 35 people between the three dwellings. On-site accommodations will be available for all guests. The 11k square foot living space sits on 120 acres and includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, yoga studio, billiards and entertainment room.

Boston Logan, Newark, JFK and LaGuardia are all within 2.5hrs, but if you are looking for the closest airport, check out Albany in NY or Bradley International in CT!
