Honor Harvey comes to us from California and NYC, originally from El Paso, Texas. For over 20 years, Honor has cooked for high-profile and celebrity clients from coast-to-coast. Her favorite dishes to prepare are bountifully loaded with organic vegetables, herbs, spices, fresh fish and organic grass-fed meats...Mediterranean and Farm-To-Table. She has established personal relationships with local farmers, and enjoys supporting local business to create menus that share a taste of The Berkshires with our guests.
