Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 9am on Friday morning. Please let us know your estimated arrival time or if you need assistance with transportation!
Rehearsal Dinner + Bonfire
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Smart Casual: we recommend a dress, smart trousers or a skirt for women and dark denim, chinos or suit pants with a neat shirt for men.
Before we say ‘I do’, we want to see you! Please join us for a rehearsal dinner hosted by Joe and Deb Leland. Our chef will be serving a family-style summer BBQ followed by s'mores by the firepit!

Rise & Shine Wedding Brunch
8:00 am - 10:00 am
Casual Attire: anything goes, from loungewear to jeans and tees.
Kick off the day's activities with mimosas, bloody Mary's, waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt and granola prepared by Chef Honor!
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: we recommend a sports jacket, suit jacket or blazer with a tie for men; women may wear a cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates
Weather permitting, we will be outside, so bring layers and consider wedges or sturdy heels.
Reception
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
After the ceremony, there will be appetizers in addition to an open bar. Family-style dinner will be served outdoors (weather permitting) under bistro lighting, followed by cake cutting, toasts, and first dances!
After Party
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Lawn games, dancing, bon-fire w/ s'mores and hot tub! Blankets will be provided once the sun sets and the barn will be available to stay warm!

Brunch with the Newlyweds

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from loungewear to jeans and tees.
Please join us for a post-wedding brunch celebrating the newlyweds. Chef Honor will be serving mimosas, bloody Mary's, Dutch babies, bacon, sausage, frittatas, yogurt and granola!
Private All-Levels Yoga Class
10:00 am - 11:00 am
Yoga attire. Mats and blocks will be provided.
This event is optional! Please let us know if you are interested so we can let our instructor know how many mats/blocks to bring. An instructor from Ashcroft Wellness will be guiding us through an all-levels yoga flow class, which will take place in the yoga room at 250 Long Pond. This will be a judgement-free zone with no experience necessary!
Golf
10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Golf Attire
This event is optional! Please let us know if you are planning on playing so we can make reservations. Feel free to bring your own golf clubs. There will be rentals available if needed at the course. Green fees will be covered for all guests.
Farewell
4:00 pm
Thank you SO much for joining us on our special weekend! We have the property rented until 11am on Monday October 4th. The bride, groom and immediate family will stay until Monday morning. Guests are also welcome to stay, although we realize that many will prefer to leave on Sunday to return home before the work week. Please feel free to leave anytime on Sunday or Monday, depending on individual schedules!
