Question

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

To keep things simple, we have created two funds in our registry: Our Future House Fund, and a Honeymoon Fund. Feel free to click on our "Registry" section for more details if you would like to contribute. We know you have come a long way to join us in our celebration, so do not feel obligated to contribute. Your presence alone is a gift to us on our special day.

Question

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Puerto Rico will be warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will provide sunscreen and bug spray to keep guests comfortable. Also note that PR has unpredictable rain.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will be SEMI-FORMAL! Feel free to have fun with color, prints, and summer style, or if you need inspiration, a quick Google search for “garden party attire” will do the trick. WE KINDLY ASK THAT GUESTS REFRAIN FROM WEARING GREEN or WHITE, in honor of the bride’s look. Thanks for helping us make the day feel extra special!

Question

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles to and from 2 locations: Condado and Isla Verde (TBD on exact location). More information will be provided here once we get closer to the date!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 9, 2025. We will be sending final count to vendors soon after.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we’re keeping things intimate and are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. That said, if you'd like to bring a guest along to enjoy Puerto Rico and the surrounding festivities, they’re more than welcome to join the fun outside of the ceremony & reception. As we get closer to the big day, if space opens up, we’ll do our best to accommodate additional guests on a case-by-case basis. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this can be a fun night out for you to relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors unless there is a chance of rain, which then the event will be moved indoors. Old San Juan is made of cobblestone streets and sidewalks. For that reason, stiletto or thin heels are not recommended.

Question

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes, please check out the "Schedule" page for more information. We will be having a Welcome Party if the weather permits, otherwise, we will move the event to Sunday Brunch.

Question

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Answer

Check out the "Things to Do" section to see some of our favorite spots to eat, drink and explore in the city.

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

No, please visit the “Travel” section of our website for accommodation suggestions and area recommendations. We encourage you to begin tracking flights and lodging options starting in early November. To get the best rates, we highly recommend booking no later than the week before Christmas. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
