Imagine flying to the other side of the world, a new, unfamiliar place,
and oh yeah… a global pandemic in 2020. But in the middle of the chaos,
fate had other plans.
In New Zealand, Thomas crossed paths with Rachael outside a grocery store, where she was passionately fundraising to save the birds and forests. Thomas? He didn’t care about any of that. He just wanted to talk to the cute American girl.
In his words, it was more of a, “Hey, how you doin’?”
Rachael was instantly swooned (though she’ll claim otherwise), and the rest is history.
Nearly six years later, through long-distance love
and spontaneous adventures across the globe,
they’ve landed in the Netherlands, their latest chapter.
