Shuttle to & from Venue

November 7, 2020 1:45 pm - 1:00 am

The Shuttle will pick up guests from Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mankato East at 1:45pm and 2:45pm for trips to the venue. It will be available and making runs from the venue to the hotel throughout the event until the last shuttle at 1:00am. Please know that the shuttle will only stop at the venue and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. It will not make stops elsewhere. You are more than welcome to drive to the venue but take the shuttle back to the hotel. Please see the FAQ page under the parking question for more information.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mankato East

For your convience, the couple has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please call the number listed above and ask for the Sorenson/Budesky block when reserving. If booking your room online, please enter your dates and type in our discount code (listed below) in the "Group Code" space on their website. If you don't see this, click on "More Options" and select "Group Code". Please make your reservations by Wednesday, October 7th, 2020. The discounted group rate will not be available after this date. If you need to cancel your room for any reason, you have until 4:00pm the day before your reservation to cancel with no fee. A variety of rooms from Standard to Suites are reserved and range between $114-$134. Please contact the couple if you have any questions, troubles, or concerns.

Main Level Rambler Airbnb

This Airbnb is right next door to the wedding venue! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor rental. It is run by the same owners of the wedding venue. If interested in this as an option for the wedding weekend, please see the link.

Travel Note

The Paw - Pet Boarding

Are you traveling with your pet (s)? As much as the couple would love for all of your pets to come to the wedding, their venue doesn't allow it. Head to The Paw's link for information on boarding. If your pet provides assistance and you will need them on the day of, please let the couple know ASAP.

Cedar Plains RV & Tent Rustic Campsites

A property near the venue has rustic campgrounds to rent for RV's or tents. Keep in mind they are rustic: no water, no wifi, etc. Please see the link for more information.

Other Options

While the couple has provided a block of rooms at a hotel (see above), there are many places to stay in the area near the wedding. Mankato has a lot of different hotel options in various price ranges. Campgrounds & Airbnb are always options too if those interest you more! If curious about these options or you have trouble finding information, contact the couple and they'll try to help.
