The couple first met in middle school in shared classes and reconnected in their sophomore year of high school. However, their true story begins the day Michael asked Taylor out on a date in front of her locker, and the rest they say is history! From going to prom, graduating high school, starting their college journeys together, road trips and much more. The couple has been on so many adventures and grown over the last 8 years. They are so excited to share their journey & celebrate with all of their family & friends!

Taylor & Michael were up at her family's cabin for the Fourth of July weekend with family and friends. The couple went on a kayak trip just the two of them, down to one end of the lake where there are beautiful lily pads that were beginning to bloom. The water was still, all the sounds of the lake disappeared, and they were enjoying nature, when Michael pulled his kayak up next to Taylor's. He pulled out the ring, she thought it was a joke, he asked "Taylor Rose will you marry me?" and she cried and said yes!
