Where is Midnight Ranch?

Bryn and Sean envisioned their wedding as more of a weekend long celebration rather than a one day event! They wanted to maximize their time with each and every one of their beloved guests. When they visited Midnight Ranch, about one hour outside Steamboat Springs, they could visualize all their friends and family sitting around the fire, enjoying the good company and gorgeous views. While it is a bit of a hike to get there, we hope the remote location, untouched wilderness, and stunning natural beauty of the area will serve as a much needed retreat for our travelers from near and far!

Flight

Denver International Airport

Denver International Airport is a convenient hub with numerous daily flights from nearly all major US cities. To avoid excessively lengthy travel days, we would recommend flying to Denver the day before you plan to drive up to the Steamboat Springs area to check into your lodging. If this is not possible with your travel itinerary, try to arrive to Denver early in the day, as the drive from Denver International Airport to Midnight Ranch is approximately 4-4.5 hours. Don't worry, the drive is sure to impress with gorgeous mountain vistas.

Glen Eden Resort

Just 16 miles from Midnight Ranch, Glen Eden is an ideal lodging option for Bryn and Sean's wedding weekend! Enjoy a rustic cabin with all the modern amenities surrounded by aspen trees and a serene river. The property has 30+ uniquely appointed cabins which can sleep 4-6 people. If you'd like to stay here, book your cabin ASAP to ensure availability! There is a 2 night minimum on bookings. This property is an approximately 30 minute drive from Midnight Ranch.

Hotel

Hahn's Peak Roadhouse

Hahn's Peak Roadhouse is the closest rental facility to the ranch, about a 10 mile, 20 minute drive! It is a collection of cabins and a small hotel. While nothing fancy, it certainly has that authentic rustic Colorado feel! They have a 2 night minimum. There is also a little restaurant there.

House Or Rental

AirBnb or VRBO

The gorgeous Routt National Forest outside Steamboat Springs is home to many stunning homes available for rent through Airbnb or VRBO. The link below is just one example of many. Some of these luxury vacation homes sleep as many as 20 people, perfect for a big friend group or large family! We recommend choosing one that is no more than a 30 minute drive to Midnight Ranch so you'll easily be able to take part in all the weekend festivities! Book early to ensure the best options and availability.

RV Rental

Want to maximize your time near Bryn and Sean and stay onsite at Midnight Ranch? Consider renting an RV or airstream trailer! While only 31 people can stay in the proper houses on the Ranch due to limitations of the septic system, more guests are welcome to stay the whole wedding weekend if they have access to a self-contained RV (including shower and bathroom facilities). Around the Park should charge an off-season rate of 40% off the normal price for the dates of our wedding (you can see the quote by looking at the specific camper on their site). They also offered to include free linens for anyone in our group if you mention you're with Bryn and Sean's wedding. Check out the website below for rental options! BUT, if you want to book, make sure you get the free linens by sending an email to explore@aroundtheparkrv.com and mentioning us.

Other Options

If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, there are numerous camping options in the area, and you are welcome to camp on the property at Midnight Ranch the night of the ceremony. Keep in mind, the nights can get very cold at the end of September at this elevation (8000ft), so this option isn't for the faint of heart! If you are interested in renting an RV or Airstream, you are welcome to stay on the property at Midnight Ranch with us for the entire weekend (see section on RV rental)! Of course, if you don't mind the longer drive, there are many exceptional lodging options in Steamboat Springs proper.
