Question

What Will the Weather be Like?

Answer

Of course, we can’t predict the weather, but you can expect a warm day around this time of year. Since it will be an OUTDOOR WEDDING, we recommend bringing a light jacket if you plan on staying late to celebrate with us. Rain is always a possibility too, so please keep that in mind when planning your outfit!

Question

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. For women, this could be a cocktail dress, a nice sundress, or a dressy skirt/pants and top. For men, we suggest dress pants or nice jeans with a button-up (a jacket or blazer if you'd like), ties are optional. Just think polished but comfortable! We also have a wedding color palette shared in the gallery section of our website if you’re curious or want some inspiration, but there’s no need to follow it! We simply ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory shades reserved for the bride.

Question

Are plus ones or children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration mostly adults-only. Please refer to how your invitation or save-the-date was addressed when determining who is invited. Invitations addressed to families include all members of the household, while invitations addressed to individuals or couples are intended only for those named. Guests listed with a “and Guest” or "Plus One" are welcome to bring one additional guest. Children under 12 will not be included, with the exception of immediate family members. We hope you can enjoy this as a special night out, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

When can we take and share photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present with us. However, during the reception and the dance/party afterward, we encourage everyone to take lots of photos! We’ll have a photo-sharing platform posted at the reception so we can see all your wonderful pictures. With that said, we ask that you wait until we’ve shared our own photos before posting yours publicly

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please message either the bride, groom, or their parents if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or other special considerations. We will do everything we can to make sure you’re accommodated!

Question

Bringing a Camper? Read This!

Answer

Bringing a camper? Awesome! Please let the bride, groom, or their parents know ahead of time so we can get a rough count for camping arrangements. Please note that camping will be dry camping only, as there are no sewer, water, or electrical hookups available on-site. If you would like power or heat, please plan to bring a generator, propane, or any other supplies you may need for a comfortable stay. We recommend planning accordingly for the lack of serviced hookups. Washrooms inside the ski chalet will remain available throughout the evening and overnight and are less than a two-minute walk from the camping area.

Question

How Does the Bar Work?

Answer

We’ll have a $3 bar throughout the evening, with drink specials and bundle deals available during the night (details to come!). To help keep things moving and avoid long waits at the bar, drink tickets will be sold separately throughout the evening. Mix, pop, water, and other non-alcoholic drinks will be provided free of charge.

Question

Still have questions?

Answer

If you have any other questions that weren’t answered here, please feel free to message the bride or groom directly using the numbers listed above. You’re also welcome to reach out to either of our parents, we’ll all be more than happy to help!
