Guest Arrival: 3:00 PM Ceremony Begins: 3:45 PM We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:00 PM so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins at 3:45 PM.
Cocktail Hour/Reception
4:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Cocktail Hour: 4:15–5:45 PM Dinner: Approximately 6:15 PM The reception will follow the ceremony, with cocktail hour from 4:15 to 5:45 PM. Supper will begin at approximately 6:15 PM.
Dance & Evening Celebration
7:15 pm
Following dinner, we’ll celebrate with first dances, drinks, music, and open up the dance floor. Guests are welcome to stay and celebrate with us into the night, head back to their camper on-site whenever they’re ready, or make their way home or to their hotel at their own pace. We’re so excited to celebrate with everyone!

Brunch
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Before you hit the road, stop by for a casual brunch and gift opening! We know many guests will be checking out of their hotels and airbnbs and heading home around noon, so we wanted to have one last chance to visit, share a meal, and say our goodbyes before everyone leaves town. Brunch will begin at 12:00 PM, with food being served until approximately 1:00 PM. Please arrive by 1:00 PM if you'd like to eat. We'll also be opening gifts during this time. Feel free to come and go as your travel plans allow. The gathering will wrap up around 2:00 PM as we'll be starting wedding takedown and cleanup afterward. This event will be held at the Ski Hill (same place as the wedding) and it's BYOB. Please be sure to include this event in your RSVP if you plan to attend so we can get a rough head count for food
