Welcome Party

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Our welcome party is a relaxed, casual afternoon at the villa — think sundresses, linen outfits, and sandals. Food and drinks will be provided, and if you’d like to swim, feel free to bring your bathing suit (towels will be provided at the villa). Transportation from Florence will leave at 1:15 PM. Come ready to unwind, enjoy the views, and kick off the wedding week with us!

Please RSVP by April 30th, 2026 to help us finalize travel plans and head counts for our special day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Transportation will be provided for those who are staying in Florence, Italy, ONLY. If you’re staying elsewhere (Siena, Arezzo, countryside), you’ll be responsible for your own transportation. 4:00 PM: Ceremony 4:30–6:00 PM: Aperitif 6:00–7:30 PM: Dinner 7:30–8:00 PM: Cake cutting 8:00 PM onward: Dancing & celebration Music allowed outdoors until 12:00 AM.
