Flight
Erie International Airport (ERI) is the closest airport to the venue, located just 9 miles away — about a 20-minute drive. As a smaller regional airport, flight options can be limited and fares are sometimes higher than larger nearby airports, so we recommend comparing prices before booking. Rental cars are available at the airport through a small number of companies, but inventory tends to fill up quickly. If you plan to rent a vehicle, we strongly recommend reserving one as early as possible
Flight
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is the nearest major airport to Erie, located approximately 99 miles away — about a 90-minute drive. From Buffalo, you'll take I-90 West, which is a toll road until you cross into Pennsylvania. The drive is relatively flat and straightforward, making it an easy trip. This is a great option for those looking for more flight choices and competitive fares compared to the local Erie airport.
Flight
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is the second closest major airport to Erie, located approximately 110 miles away — about a 1 hour 45 minute drive via I-90 East. There are no tolls on this route, and the drive is relatively flat and easy. One helpful tip: gas is significantly cheaper in Ohio than in Pennsylvania, so we recommend filling up your tank before crossing the state border!
Flight
Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is the furthest of the three major airports from Erie, located approximately 135 miles away — about a 2-hour drive. The route travels almost entirely via I-79 North with no tolls. Just be prepared for a more scenic ride — you'll be traveling along the outer edges of the Appalachian Mountains, so expect more hills and winding roads compared to the other routes.
