FAQs

We hope this helps answer your questions about our wedding weekend!
Question

How do I book a room at the hotel where the wedding is hosted?

Answer

Room block reservations are to be made through individual calls to the hotel. Please call 401-236-2020 and refer to the Brooks & Brizzi Wedding or reserve online using the code 060520BRO to secure rooms within the group. The room block will close on April 20, 2020.

Question

What do I do if the room block is full?

Answer

Unfortunately there are a limited number of rooms on the discounted Wedding Room Block, but the Wyndham Hotel hosts over 140 rooms to accommodate all wedding guests.

Question

Where can I park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking at the Wyndham Newport Hotel is provided free-of-charge for all wedding guests.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please let us know if you'd like information regarding local babysitters to make that a reality.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitations says "and Guest," then yes; if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
