Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus Ones have been given on invitations to those in long-term relationships. If you do not see a plus one on your invitation and you would like one, contact us directly and we can discuss this with you personally. Please do not bring a plus one without contacting us first, we are working with limited space at this small venue, and it is an intimate wedding intended to be shared with people we know and love!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but keep the sun and sand in mind! ​For Men: A breathable suit (linen is encouraged), or a button up with slacks. Ties are optional! ​For Women: A floor-length, tea-length, or elegant midi dress. Breathable fabrics and vibrant colors or florals are welcome and encouraged! ​Footwear Note: The ceremony will be on the sands of the beach. We recommend block heels, dressy wedges, or loafers. Feel free to skip the stilettos! Light colors and airy fabrics are the key to comfort! We want our photos to look timeless. Think "High-end Garden Party" meets "Tropical Elegance." To help keep everyone on the same page, here's a quick and easy list of what NOT to wear: Footwear: No flip-flops, athletic slides, or worn-out sneakers. ​Headwear: No baseball caps or visors (even designer ones). ​Denim: No blue jeans, denim jackets, or jean shorts. ​Casual Tops: No t-shirts, tank tops, or polo shirts (unless specifically requested). ​Bottoms: No cargo shorts, board shorts, or athletic wear. Please try to avoid shorts for the ceremony in general! Option to change after! ​Prints: No overly loud "novelty" Hawaiian prints (look for "refined floral" instead). Colors: No white dresses/ensembles!!! Duh. You should already know this one. 😉

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless you are immediate family and have already been given express permission- Nope. No kids. It is an adults-only atmosphere we are striving for! We hope you understand.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please contact us directly about allergies as soon as possible!! There will be Vegetarian options available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Wedding Party: Please arrive at least an hour before the ceremony! Bride and Groom will be getting ready seperately, attend to your person! There will be bubbles and small snacks available! Wedding Guests: Please arrive 15-30 minutes before ceremony begins! Reception dinner and cake-cutting shortly after! There will be an open bar as well!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Hotel recommendations are already listed under the Travel page of our wedding website. If you need any help selecting a hotel or airbnb within the recommended vicinity please contact us directly! We can help you find the perfect place. We would rather work with you instead of have you spend more money than you'd planned, or accidentally pick a hotel far away. The ideal location should be within walking distance of the venue (Ramon's Village Resort) or you will need to rent a golfcart to get there.
