Kindly send us your RSVP no later than June 20!
Please check this guidance regularly as it is rapidly changing. Currently, our reception venue is requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event. Please come prepared with this, otherwise you may not be allowed into the venue. If you have been vaccinated with an FDA approved vaccine, you can celebrate our ceremony and reception without a face covering. If you have not been vaccinated, the venue will require you to wear a mask for the duration of the ceremony and reception.
Basically just follow the crowd: stand up, sit down, kneel, turn around when everyone else is, or just remain seated if you're not comfortable with the Catholic hokey pokey. If you are not baptized, kindly refrain from receiving Holy Communion; you can still walk up to the altar, just cross your hands over your chest and you'll receive a blessing.
Our attire is formal, black tie optional, which means gents, you are welcome to wear a suit or a tux. Ladies, dresses below the knee or feel free to rock a power jumpsuit!
As much as we would like to do everything in one go, we also want to take pictures without ruining the "walk down the aisle" surprise. DC is a fun town, so feel free to explore some of the iconic sites (they're very close by!), grab some refreshments or go back to your hotel to take a quick snooze before we party the night away.
Oh Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more. *head bobs*
