While our ceremony and reception venue is located in Washington, we suggest that our out of town guests fly into the Portland International Airport (PDX) and find lodging accommodations in the downtown Vancouver area. Downtown Vancouver is ~15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from our wedding venue.
All guests (not just those staying at the Hilton Vancouver) are welcome to meet at the Hilton Vancouver (301 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660) at 3:15p for a free shuttle bus to the venue. The bus will depart at 3:30p and return to the same location at the end of the reception, leaving from the venue no later than 10p.
