Tomek and I had our first date at the Night Owl Coffee Shop and Green Bliss Cafe in Downtown Fullerton. Tomek had traveled via Metrolink train to come see me in Fullerton. Little did we know that this would be the first of many dates in Fullerton! Tomek i ja mieliśmy naszą pierwszą randkę w Night Owl Coffee Shop i Green Bliss Cafe w Downtown Fullerton. Tomek przyjechał pociągiem Metrolink, aby odwiedzić mnie w Fullerton. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że będzie to pierwsza z wielu randek w Fullerton!

Tomek took me to The Huntington Libary in San Marino, California. Near closing time he told me to sit down on a nice rock in the Chinese Gardens and to get out my polaroid camera so we could take some pictures. Bam! He was on his knee and asked me to marry him. Of course, I said yes! We then went to Solidarity (Polish restaurant) in Santa Monica. There we ate delicious Schnitzel and Bigos and toasted over our proposal and the many very happy years to come. Tomek zabrał mnie do biblioteki Huntington w San Marino w Kalifornii. Pod koniec wizyty, kazał mi usiąść na ładnej skale w Chińskich ogrodach i wyciągnął mój aparat polaroid, abyśmy mogli zrobić kilka zdjęć. Bam! Padł na kolana i poprosił mnie o rękę. Oczywiście powiedziałem tak! Następnie poszliśmy do restauracji Solidarity (polska restauracja) w Santa Monica. Tam zjedliśmy pyszny sznycel i bigos, wznosząc toast za nasze zaręczyny i wiele bardzo szczęśliwych lat.

The wedding will take place on June 20, 2020 at Pałac Będlewo in Będlewo, Poland. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you in Poland!
