Shuttle from Venue to Fairfield Inn Clermont

March 7, 2026 8:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Our wedding venue is beautiful, but it is out in the country! Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) can be limited at night in Groveland. For our guests convenience and safety, a shuttle will be running every hour starting at 8:30PM from the venue back to the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Clermont. A shuttle will not be provided from the hotel to the venue because rideshares will be available during the daytime. We recommend taking a rideshare to the venue and then taking the shuttle back to Clermont at night. Rideshares are available in Clermont at night. If you choose to take an Uber/Lyft to the venue, please allow yourself ample time!

Where To Stay

The wedding venue is located in the beautiful countryside just outside of Orlando. The closest hotels nearby are in Clermont, FL (~20-30 minutes away), but for closer proximity to attractions and theme parks we recommend staying at hotels in the The Four Corners area (~40-50 minutes away). Alternatively, if you wish to stay at an Airbnb or Vrbo, there are several options located nearby the venue and theme parks. Please see below for hotel block information.

For the convenience of our guests, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott Fairfield Inn in Clermont which is roughly 15 miles or a 25 minute drive from the wedding venue. If you would like to book a hotel room, please do so before February 20, 2026.

Travel Note

Traffic in Orlando and Central Florida

Orlando and Central Florida are beautiful — but they’re also known for some not-so-magical traffic, especially near the theme parks and tourist areas. We kindly recommend giving yourself ample travel time to get to the venue (especially if taking an Uber/Lyft!). Weekends can be especially busy, and unexpected delays are common. Arriving early means you can relax, enjoy the scenery, and not miss a moment of the ceremony! Thank you for planning ahead — we can't wait to celebrate with you!
