Typical "Touristy" Things to Do:
Universal Studios: Islands of Adventure is our favorite park and the Jurassic World VelociCoaster is our favorite ride! Walt Disney World: Epcot is our favorite park Sea World: Less crowded than the other parks and has really great coasters Busch Gardens: Best thrill rides in Florida International "I" Drive: Chain restaurants, sketchy coasters, and traffic Celebration: Beautiful downtown (and where Brittany convinced Blake to run a half marathon with her) Florida Beaches: Some of our favorites are New Smyrna, Cocoa, St. Pete, and Clearwater
What Orlando Locals Like To Do:
Clermont: We love to spend a day walking around downtown Clermont, going to different shops, restaurants, and walking around Lake Minneola. Recommend going to the Sunday Farmer's market. Suncreek Brewery has Blake's favorite beer in Florida: Hefe My Sun. Clermont has the best Costco in Central Florida. Winter Garden: Quaint downtown area with great shops, restaurants, and beautiful homes. Hit the West Orange Trail for a walk, run, or bike ride. Highly recommend going to the Saturday Morning Farmer's Market! Wekiva Springs: Natural springs that remain at a refreshing 72 degrees all year round. Rent kayaks or canoes and make your way up the Wekiva River to the springs to see wild Manatees (and gators!) Orlando: Recommend Mather's Social Gathering downtown for happy hour 4-7pm then going to Solitas Tacos for dinner followed by a stroll around Lake Eola. We also love GBs Bottle Shop in Ivanhoe, Grape and Grain Wine Bar and Hawkers off of Mills Ave, and Burton's in Thornton Park.
