FAQs

Question

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM! Please plan to arrive closer to 4:00-4:15PM.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same place: Casani Estates11306 Bay Lake Rd, Groveland, FL 34736.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Spring Formal Attire: Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a suit or a tailored jacket with dress trousers and a tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear elegant tea-length or maxi dresses in light fabrics, floral prints, or soft seasonal tones.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue? Will you have a shuttle?

Answer

TLDR: Parking onsite is available and free. You can Uber to the venue, but may have difficulty Ubering from the venue at night. We will have a shuttle going back to the main hotel (Fairfield Inn Clermont) at night, but will not have a shuttle going to the venue at the beginning of the wedding. Our wedding venue is beautiful, but it is out in the country! Rideshare service (like Uber/Lyft) should be available during the day, but availability can be very limited in the evening in the remote area around the venue. For our guests convenience and safety, a shuttle will be running every hour starting at 8:30PM from the venue back to the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Clermont. Note: a shuttle will not be provided from the hotel to the venue because rideshares will be available during the daytime. We recommend taking a rideshare to the venue and then taking the shuttle back to Clermont at night. Rideshares are available in Clermont at night. If you choose to take an Uber/Lyft to the venue, please allow yourself ample time!

Question

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! Due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be listed — otherwise, we’re keeping things a bit more intimate. As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. This allows all guests (especially parents!) to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening worry-free. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely — the drinks are on us, the hangover’s on you! We hope you enjoy the celebration, but please drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe trip home.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer for the evening. We kindly ask that you enjoy the ceremony without taking pictures; however, please feel free to capture and share images during the cocktail hour and reception!

Question

What is the weather like in Central Florida in March?

Answer

In early March, Central Florida usually enjoys beautiful weather, with daytime highs in the 70s and cooler evenings in the 50s. While March tends to be part of Florida’s drier season, the occasional light shower can still pop up. We chose March for our wedding because it's truly one of the best times of year to be in Florida!

Question

Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on a turf lawn with a beautiful lake backdrop. The cocktail hour will be on a shaded deck, and the reception will be held indoors.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Registry" tab. We’re blessed to already have a home full of everything we need. Instead of traditional gifts, we’d be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon or home improvement funds so we can create lasting memories together!
