Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we respectfully request that you leave them at home and enjoy a night off! Our wedding is not conducive to having children under the age of 13. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you. To note, the hotel has an indoor pool! We are happy to provide recommendations for trustworthy and reliable sitters, your kids are sure to have a grand time even if not at the wedding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your number of guests will be indicated to you on your invitation. Due to vendor limitations, we ask that you please refrain from bringing additional guests beyond your specified party number.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

This event is formal attire. Please wear any color you choose, but please reserve wearing white and green for the bride and bridal party. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside in the beautiful gardens at Larkfield. The ceremony area is turf, but please be mindful in your choice of shoe.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we are sure your cellphone cameras are great, we have incredible professional photographers to capture this special time with us. These photos will of course be shared with you afterwards! Please feel free to take as many photos as you like before and after the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know ahead of time if you have an allergy you would like the venue to be aware of and we will relay that message for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site complimentary valet parking! The ceremony and reception are conveniently on the same property grounds, no driving necessary between events.

Why doesn't my name appear in the RSVP section?

Answer

If your name does not appear it means that unfortunately the RSVP deadline for our wedding has now passed and you have missed the deadline as we have had to give our vendors our final headcount numbers. We are sorry that you will not be able to celebrate our day with us and hope to see you in the near future!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Larkfield Manor by 4:30pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins promptly at 5pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks before the ceremony and our signature cocktails plus open bar for the cocktail hour and dinner! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us!
