Wedding Shuttle Transportation

Shuttles will depart from the Black Butte Welcome Center (13899 Bishops Cap, Sisters, OR 97759) and the Best Western Ponderosa Lodge in Sisters (500 US-20, Sisters, OR 97759) at 3:00 PM, ensuring arrival at the venue by 3:30 PM. After the reception concludes at 10:00 PM, shuttles will transport guests back to these locations. For those returning to Black Butte, the shuttle driver will make additional stops throughout the ranch to accommodate specific drop-off requests beyond the Welcome Center.

Please check in at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center (13899 Bishops Cap, Black Butte Ranch, Oregon 97759) to register your vehicles for Ranch access before entering the McCaskill home address into your phone. This will ensure navigation directs you along the correct route. Bagels, pastries, coffee, orange juice, and champagne will be served. Feel free to drop in and commemorate the night before, and commiserate on any lingering hangovers.
