Question

WILL COVID TESTS BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND?

Answer

At the moment, the answer is "No", but we will be asking everyone in attendance to be smart in the two weeks leading up to the wedding. What we mean by this is please avoid going out to eat, going to bars/clubs, crowded places, etc. People still have to work, and we understand that. However, we do have a couple of medically fragile family members whose presence is important to us and we would really like to protect them as best as possible. It may not seem like a big deal to some people, but it is to us. Therefore, even if you've been vaccinated or think you don't have it/the other people you're seeing are safe, please do this for us. If the COVID situation changes as the date approaches, we may change the test/quarantine policy. If you're not comfortable with this, you're welcome to attend the virtual live-stream of the event instead. We understand that everyone has different view points on masks/vaccines, but we ask that you respect our viewpoint and wishes on these matters.

WILL WE HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO ATTEND?

Answer

At the moment, the answer is "Yes". Masks are required during the ceremony and reception unless you are seated and drinking/eating. The location of the wedding is a government-owned building and as such, we are required to abide by their rules. We realize this is far from ideal, but currently this is how it has to be. We are doing this for the protection of us, our families, and all in attendance. If you're not comfortable with this, you're welcome to skip the in-person and attend the virtual live-stream of the event. We understand that everyone has different view points on masks/vaccines, but we ask that you respect our viewpoint and wishes on these matters.

HOW DOES THE REGISTRY WORK?

Answer

You can order directly from Zola! Zola is partnered with multiple companies such as Crate and Barrel, Macys, etc. Zola will also price match anything you find at another store. You are more than welcome to purchase items directly at the store or another store, if you find it for a better deal. We just ask that you email Danielle Flynn to let her know so she can mark it as purchased on the registry. Danielle's email is dani.irene@gmail.com. **Please note that some items are linked to a different website so it may take you to a different website to order. There is also a link to the remainder of items at Crate and Barrel and Macy's that were not available on Zola.

CAN I BRING A +1 AND/OR KIDS?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, we are very limited with our guest count due to COVID. We want to ensure the safest possible wedding for our guests, that being said, we cannot allow any guests that are not on the invitation. We LOVE your kids and wish more than anything that they could be a part of our day but COVID has changed our original plans. Therefore, unfortunately, we are not currently allowing anyone to bring their kids or +1s. If the COVID situation changes, we will reassess this based on venue size limitations regarding guest counts.

WILL THE WEDDING BE IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL?

Answer

Both. Currently, the in-person attendance is quite limited as far as numbers, and we cannot accommodate all of our family and friends. We will be live-streaming the actual ceremony for those who still wish to celebrate the day with us. If the situation changes, we will be extending more invitations based on government restrictions and safety for all in attendance.
