There are two ways you can book your stay please see below. The cutoff date to make reservations is 9/22/2023. Option 1) ONLINE at https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/burkhardtweddingoctober/ Steps: Select the ‘book your room’ button, enter the dates you desire, pick which room type and click continue, provide a credit card (you can use a different method of payment at check in if you prefer), print off confirmation numbers/ you will also have the option of sending confirmation to your email address. Option 2) TELEPHONE at  1-800-HILTONS Steps: Request the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham, tell the agent you are with the Burkhardt Wedding, if the agent cannot find the group under that name, tell them the group code is: BKW, provide a credit card (you can use a different method of payment at check in if you prefer), the agent can email you the confirmation letter. The cancellation policy is 48 hours before the date of arrival.
