What is the attire for the ceremony?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Our ceremony will be held outdoors where you will walk on grass, dirt, woodchips, and uneven surfaces. We recommend that women avoid heels.

Where and what time is the shuttle that I take to the ceremony?

Answer

Pick up is at The Double Tree Suites Hotel at 2:15pm

Where and what time is the shuttle that I take to the reception?

Answer

Pick-up is at the Ceremony Site (Our home) at 3:30pm

Where and what time is the shuttle that I take back to the hotel after the reception ended?

Answer

First Shuttle pick up at The Cotton Room at 9:45pm Second Shuttle pick up at The Cotton Room at 10:00pm

I am driving to the ceremony where do I park?

Answer

Brian's sister, Sarah, and her husband, Mark, will be guiding guests on where to park. Most likely in the grass area in front of the garden boxes. Please follow their lead and avoid blocking the driveway, as the shuttles will need to be able to pull through and turn around.

Where is the bathroom/diaper changing area for the ceremony?

Answer

Brian's sister, Sarah, is kindly offering for guests to enter her home for the bathroom or if they need an area to change their baby's diaper. Her home is the green one on the south end of our property, there will be a sign to help guide guests.

Question

I was invited to the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, how do I locate those details again?

Answer

Go to the RSVP section, type in your name as if you were going to rsvp again. It should pull up each event details that you are invited to and your rsvp confirmation. You can always update your reservation as well.

What is the attire for the Meet & Greet?

Answer

Casual, this event is optional; come and go as you please.
