Do I need a Passport?
Answer
Yes, passports are required to enter Italy from another country. There is a 6-month passport rule that states that your passport must be valid for another 6 months before you depart for travel. To be safe, please ensure your passport expires after April 2026.

Where can I stay for the weekend?
Answer
For the convenience and enjoyment of our guests, we have blocked off the entirety of the hotel rooms in the castle's village. See "Room Booking" section of the website for the booking form and more details.

Where can I eat during the weekend?
Answer
In addition to our catered events, all guests staying at the village will be provided a free Italian-style breakfast each day, and will also have full access to the restaurant and cafe/bar within the village.

When is the Restaurant at the venue open?
Answer
The main restaurant, La Torre Di Gargonza, is open briefly for lunch from 12:30 - 2:30, and for dinner from 7:30 - 9:30. Our welcome party will end after the restaurant closes for the night, so it won't be available for the first day (but there will be plenty of food!).

What is the dress code for each day?

When is check-in and check-out?
Answer
Check-in for the rooms begins at 3:00pm on Friday September 26th. Check-out will be at 11:00 am on Monday September 29th.
