When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 8th right here on our website. Click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance (and the attendance of all others in your party).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so grateful for everyone who is planning to come celebrate with us. Unfortunately, due to the reception venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests that were specifically named on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:30pm, so please arrive to the chapel no later than 1:20pm.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Though there will be an outdoor patio and lawn at the reception (hopefully the weather will allow for lawn games!)

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, both the chapel and reception lodge can accommodate wheelchair entry, with the parking lot right outside!

How far is the reception lodge from the ceremony?

Answer

Grand View Lodge is a 25min drive from the ceremony location.

What are the closest airports?

Answer

The Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport is only 10min from the ceremony. The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is 1 hour away.
