Welcome Night in Madison

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

For those traveling from out of town or those just wanting to celebrate all weekend, please join us for a casual welcome party on Friday night at Lake Louie/Wisconsin Brewing Company. Conveniently located close to our wedding block hotel in Verona. Guests with children & pets are free to bring them to this gathering event. Please remember we are kindly requesting a child free wedding the next day. We will provide light food (pizza & famous Marilu sheet pan desserts) for guests and beer! You are welcome to bring in your own chair for their large outdoor space and any of your own food. There is also a scheduled music event and food truck that evening! The brewery is open until 9 PM! There is limited inside space and a large outdoor space at this brewery, please be prepared for any weather! We'll do our best to keep everyone dry. We can not wait to see you all there!

Ceremony with Cocktail Hour & Reception to Follow

Aryn says this is not an Oktoberfest celebration. Leave your Lederhosen and Dirndl at home folks. In all seriousness, please dress in semi-formal attire that is comfortable for the weather as this is an outdoor event. Please also be mindful of your shoe choice as you'll be walking on grass, gravel, and dirt paths.

For those staying at the Hyatt Place Madison/Verona, transportation to and from the venue will be provided. The shuttle will arrive at the Hotel at 4:00 PM, promptly leave at 4:10 PM, and arrive at Seven Acres Dairy at 4:15 PM. This is the only shuttle to the venue. There will be multiple shuttle times back to the Hotel later in the evening, with the last shuttle departing 7 Acres Dairy at 11:45 PM. Additionally, Seven Acres Dairy allows for overnight parking in their lot. We want all of our guests to plan on having a fun and safe evening of celebration!
