This is the closest major airport to fly into. The city of Chatham is a brisk 90 minute drive south from the airport. There is a smaller, slightly closer "Barnstable Municipal Airport", but it has very few inbound or outbound flights per day.

Plymouth & Brockton Shuttle Bus
If you'd rather not rent a car at Boston Logan Airport, another option is to take the shuttle bus to the city of Hyannis, and either use a ride share app like Lyft or Uber, or arranged to get picked up by a fellow guest. The "Plymouth & Brockton Shuttle Bus" leaves Logan Airport about every hour, and is a comfortable two hour ride to Hyannis Transportation Center, which is a mere 30 minutes from Chatham.

Chatham is a small town with a vibrant tourism industry. There is a bevy of beautiful AirBNBs that can acomodate parties of all sizes. The wedding takes place after Labor Day, which counts as "off-season" for Cape Cod, so the options should be both plentiful and priced competitively.
