We know sometimes it's nice to have your own space and freedom (blare that music and run around in your Arabian slippers). For such types or those who don't have other accommodations squared away (contact us to stay with a local), this is a great option. You'll overlook our pride and joy, the muddy Willamette River, and get a good experience of Oregon, non-destination spot, normal beautiful, rainy life. Rivershore is not near the wedding venue (about 45 minutes), but it is near the bride's community and general festivities.
House Or Rental
Dear friends! We know many of you are making a trek to celebrate with us on our special day. We want you to experience Oregon and its people (aka Sasquatches) and we appreciate the sacrifice and magic of you coming all this way. We can arrange local housing with a family in the bride's community here in Oregon City. This will help with transport too, if you are not planning on renting a car. Please let us know what kind of space you need and for what days (you should experience a Portland weekend!). We'll do our joyful best to get you squared away. Only 5 minutes away from the wedding venue, here's a well-rated, no-nonsense spot if you want to stay in Newberg (you will be about 45 minutes from the bride's community). Also, check out the Airbnbs in the area, if you are into that kind of thing. We have some good ones!
