Best Man
Sean is the brother of Brett and has been his go-to punching bag since 1987. Sean goes by the nickname of “chunky-nibbles”, is a fan of movies, comics, video games and just about any other form of pop culture. He is currently a Genius at Apple, but has also dabbled, rather successfully in the art of stand up comedy. Speaking of comedy, he also doesn’t know how to ride a bike.
Erin Goncalves
Matron of Honor
Erin is Brett’s sister and good friend of Danielle. They met during a visit to Toronto, where Danielle was introduced to the family and they immediately found their niche together, Erin as the deliverer of laughs and Danielle as the recipient. Since then the two ladies have developed a strong appreciation and love for one another, leading to Danielle requesting without hesitation for Erin to be her matron of honour on her big day.
Chris Stagg
Groomsman
Chris and Brett met shortly after Brett moved to Calgary in 2008. Their similar humour, good looks and charm were in most cases the catalyst for the blossoming friendship. They have been costumed partners through a number of Halloween parties in addition to fierce competitors during Scene It games. Chris is a firefighter with the CFD, and is bested only by his lovely girlfriend Amber Hooper.
Randi Ducharme
Bridesmaid
Randi and Danielle have known each other for 10 years now, the length of which Randi has been the significant other of Travis, Danielle's brother. Danielle, Brett, Randi and Travis have all played on the same soccer team and share the same competitive edge. Which essentially means they all used the same curse words to describe players on the other team. Over the past decade Randi has become a part of Danielle's family, and as family Danielle felt it was important for her to stand by her side on her big day.
Brian Goncalves
Groomsman
Brian Goncalves is Erin’s husband and Brett’s brother-in-law. Brian and Brett met 8+ years ago and have become close during that time. Brett appreciates Brian’s composure, patience and most of all his ability to endure living with Erin on a full time basis. Although Brian infrequently tries to flex his humour and almost strictly uses the wrong GIF to add to any text message, Brett still loves and respects him.
Jennifer Murray
Bridesmaid
Jen and Danielle met through work a few years ago and had instant chemistry. Their love of pineapples, pickles and the game of soccer ensured they didn’t have to try hard to become immediate friends. Danielle loves Jen's humour and wit in addition to her crazy sense of adventure. For someone Danielle met only a short while ago, it feels like they have known each other forever, which made it any easy choice to have Jen by her side on her big day.
