We ask that you RSVP by March 30th, 2025, by using the RSVP tab above. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue the exact guest count by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions are the littles ones in our bridal party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our close friends and family.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow yourself time to park and find a seat.
Yes, but not overnight. All vehicles must leave the property by midnight.
UPDATE: Our original shuttle service cancelled on us so we had to book a different one last minute. Due to this last minute change we are only able to get one 27 passenger bus. It takes approx. 30 minutes to get to the venue and then 30 minutes back to Red Deer (1 hour round trip. We will only be able to offer 2 trips (this will accommodate 54 people). 1st Departure Time will be 1:00 PM, the Arrow Limousine shuttle will pick people up at Red Deer Resort & Casino. This will get people to the venue around 1:30 PM. Sorry that this is so early but it was the only way to get two trips. 2nd Departure will be at 2:00 PM from the same location. This will be the last trip as this will get you to the venue at 2:30 PM and the ceremony starts at 3:00 PM. For the evening portion we will have the shuttle available from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM. The last shuttle will leave the venue around 12:00 PM, so please make sure you are on it or else you will have to find another way home. The drop off spot will also be the Red Deer Resort & Casino. Guests will be responsible for finding their own way home from there.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.

Due to Lacombe County by-laws our reception has to end at 12:00AM. All guests have to be out of the venue at 12:30AM at the latest, or there will be additional charges to the Bride and Groom. We hope to see everyone stay and enjoy the night with us to the very end!
No, we will be having a toonie bar. It will be available from cocktail hour until last call.
