FAQs

The Wedding Website of Rebecca Bowden and Brennan Hagan
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 19, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are regretfully declining your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal / cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that it will be an outdoor celebration. Think upscale, but comfortable enough to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings including cobblestone pathways and standing in grassy areas. Examples include: evening gown, cocktail dress, pantsuit, suit & tie, skirt set, or sport coat with slacks.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins - we have a wonderful evening planned, so we will be beginning promptly at 4:00pm

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do! We have a discounted hotel room block at the Springhill Suites Tallahassee North but there are lots of great options around the venue. If you would like to book in our hotel block, please see the "Hotel & Travel" page for additional information and the link to book online :)

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony so we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during that time. We’ve hired a professional team to capture all of our special moments, and we want our guests to be fully present and enjoy the celebration with us. We promise to share the shots!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we hope can join us! If you received a plus one, they will appear as a guest under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself & your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

What are the wedding colors / what is the wedding party wearing?

Answer

We’re going for soft, nature-inspired tones to match the garden setting. The wedding colors are green, tan, blush, gold, and white. Bridesmaids will be in shades of green and the groomsmen will be in tan — simple, earthy, and perfect for our love of nature.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones - this is an adults-only night. Please take this as an opportunity to have a fun night out. We hope you are able to make arrangements for your kiddos and take the night off to celebrate with us!
