On October 5, 2018, Breanne agreed to drive Ryan Skaryd to the Geek Easy in Orlando for a karaoke night. Ryan had been at Universal Studios with Brian for the day, and, on the way home to get ready, Ryan and Brian practiced for their duet, Ryan taking the role of Kid Rock [gross] and Brian channeling his inner Sheryl Crow. Ryan had also mentioned that Breanne--whom Brian had not yet met--was a huge fan of the sitcom Friends, nudging Brian to consider singing the show's theme song that evening. With Ryan in the passenger seat, Breanne pulled her Hyundai up to Brian's apartment, and the chemistry was immediate. Brian loved Bre's laugh, so he kept trying [perhaps too hard] to be funny; Bre loved Brian's dimples, so she kept glancing into her rearview mirror to catch him big-cheesing in the backseat. The evening went well, though Ryan flubbed the first line of the song "Picture" (a mystery to this day whether or not the flub was intentional), and Brian serenaded Bre with The Rembrandts, faltering after the first chorus as, who would've thought, the song actually has a second verse. The evening took the threesome to Denny's where, over Grand Slams and fake "maple" syrup, Brian and Bre were falling for each other. What Brian didn't know: while Brian had stepped away, Ryan inquired what she thought of Brian, to which Bre responded "Oh yeah!" What Bre didn't know: two days later (because, you know, you can't come off as too eager), Brian asked Ryan for Bre's number. Two weeks later, Bre and Bri went on their first date, bonding over gouda grits at The Stubborn Mule--a date that went so well that Bre nearly drove the wrong way down a one way street, Bri's handsomeness apparently a distraction (don't think that would've held up in court). A couple weeks later on November 17, 2018, Bri asked Bre to be exclusive in the most romantic way possible: while watching professional wrestling (give him a break...it was NXT War Games...you would've done the same thing). The years that followed have shown both Bre and Bri that they were meant to share their lives with one another. They've been through challenges--professional dilemmas, health scares, and four years of long distance--and both remained committed to making a life together, which is why when Bri proposed over homemade spaghetti, meatballs, and marinara, Bre said yes. The rest, as Natasha Bedingfield declares, is still unwritten. Welcome to the official web page for Bre and Brian's Nuptials in Nooga! Here, you will get all the info you'll need to plan your trip and make the most of your time in the Scenic City--a city Bre and Brian are so damn excited to share with y'all. We hope to see you in June.
