Ashley & Savannah met one summer when they both decided to lifeguard at Lifetime Fitness. At the summer team meet-and-greet, Ashley introduced herself to Savannah and instantly they clicked. From that moment on, the rest was history. Those summers at Lifetime Fitness made them inseparable. From annual birthday celebrations to screaming Dan & Shay at Faster Horses, MS Awareness walks, capturing major life milestones (including engagements and grad school graduations), and ultimately standing side-by-side on each other’s wedding days—their friendship has been filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. It’s the kind of bond that’s truly special and built to last a lifetime.

Known to many as Big Ginge & Big Ash, Ashley moved to Almont in 7th grade, but their friendship didn’t really take off until high school. Once they really got to know each other, it was game over—they were inseparable. Ashley was always Savannah’s #1 supporter, from volleyball games to cheer competitions to softball tournaments. Their love for football runs deep—especially Michigan football. One of Savannah’s proudest accomplishments is officially turning Ashley into a Michigan fan, and many of their favorite memories have been made cheering together at games with Big House Chicken Strips. From Savannah being the forever third wheel with Ashley & Corey, to Ashley being Savannah’s constant backbone, their friendship has always been a constant reminder of how powerful unconditional love can be.

Savannah and Alissa met in first grade, and from the very beginning, Alissa became the sister Savannah never had. They grew up side by side—attending their first concert together (Hilary Duff, obviously), putting on Lego “concerts” for their parents, and spending countless summer days swimming in Savannah’s pool. For most of their lives, they were completely inseparable. Like many friendships, high school brought a little distance, but after graduation, they found their way back to each other—stronger than ever. They were never truly out of each other’s lives, but now they’re closer than ever, proving that some friendships are just meant to last forever.

Savannah and Alyssa met in first grade and spent their friendship just hanging out. Summers were filled with playing ball, swimming at Grams’, and making memories that felt endless. On the softball field, Savannah was the catcher and Alyssa was her pitcher—always in sync and always a team. There may have been a little jealousy from Alissa along the way, but it’s now just part of their story and something they laugh about today. Through every stage of life, their friendship has remained constant, genuine, and full of love.

From Taco Bell runs with Brenda to endless moments of just hanging out—their bond has always been filled with laughs and easy memories. What started as a connection through family turned into a such a special friendship.
