Megan and I met on day 1, year 1 at Roanoke College and went on to join Chi Omega together, later becoming roommates. We decided to pause on the real world after college and spent 3 months abroad as bartenders in the UK, then traveled Europe - a journey you can only embark on with certain people. In 2007 I joined Megan and crew in DC - hijinks and supper club ensued. Megan and I wound up moving to CA around the same time - making west coast life that much easier. There are so many things to say (and not nearly enough time or space) about Megan’s role in my life as a best friend. She’s my travel buddy, Mom to Wyatt, Hannah, + Beau, fellow Friends fanatic, wedding hashtag creator (#fullyBraxtonated) and an intuitive spirit. And she’ll call me out on bad fashion decisions. Love you, Megaree!
Landis Carey Knee

Landis and I met one weekend sophomore year of college when she came to visit Megan at Roanoke. Clearly, any friend of Megan is a friend of mine. That theory was confirmed when I joined them in DC and Landi and I became fast friends. At one point, if one of us showed up at Oasis Nail Spa without the other, the nail techs would ask with great concern where the other was. Around that same time I was a permanent fixture in her and Mark's apartment - frankly, if we lived closer, I still would be (Dale, Charlie, and Miles wouldn't mind!). After countless trips, bottles of wine, laughs, tears, snow storms, and a cross country road trip, it’s hard to believe we haven’t been friends our whole lives. To have Landis next to me on such a big day feels natural and a given. Love you, Landi-loo!
Meghan Robinson

When I interviewed Meghan for a job in 2009 I couldn’t help but notice her patent leather Mary Jane heels, and abnormally polite voice - a real juxtaposition to the Rouge. I’m so grateful Kimpton brought us together those years ago. Our friendship has stretched far beyond one between co-workers, probably encouraged when we became next door neighbors; our door mats mere inches apart. No wine shop was safe. Meghan’s quick wit and love of dogs, wine, + Los Tios made us a natural pair, and Del Ray was our playground. Meghan is my minimalist/organized/type A inspo, and a truly caring and invested friend. Lo you, Meghy!
Jennifer Braxton Adams

Jenn is Nick’s sister and we first met in early 2019. I knew right away this was a good fit with how easily she laughed, and how natural it was for us to team up on Nick. She’s been the most wonderful hostess into the family for me, cooking countless dinners, hosting Christmas, and treating me like one of their own. I know we’ve got a lot of fun times, and some good bourbon, in our future! With how close Nick and Jenn have been through their lives, there was no question she would be up there with us. I’m so excited to have a sister, finally, Jenn!
Barbara Logan Guido

Barbara and Lily met when they were 3? 4? at First Presbyterian. Through the years there were many Wednesday night suppers, church trips, family vacations, and life experiences forged together. They both happened to move to the DC area in 2007, which as you can imagine, thrilled them both! Supper club was created, and Babs was a key player. Barbara has forever been one of the most genuinely kind people you’ll meet. She’s always up for an adventure, impromptu fun, and a laugh. Nick had the joy of finally meeting Barbara, Rob, GG and Caroline in November of 2020, after hearing many stories (some multiple times). Barbara’s kindness, endless love, and friendship throughout Lily’s life made her a natural choice to play such a key role in our wedding, and most important day. We love you, Babs!
Mack Braxton
Best Man
I've known him my whole life, and affectionately call him Dad. Early in life, he imparted his love of music - specifically guitar riffs - on me. Although some might say I've taken it to extreme levels, my love of coffee stems from him. He taught me to appreciate spicy food, skiing, and golf. I'm so grateful that he's welcomed Lily into our family with such open arms and that he'll be by my side on our big day.
Travis Braxton

Travis and I go way back to his day 1. He was a terror of a little brother, in only the way little brothers can be. He was a pro at jumping out from corners, shin kicks, and maybe some rogue peeing. Luckily for all of us, he's grown into a pretty great guy. While I wish we lived closer, whenever we have the chance to get together there's always some great bourbon, good conversation and a great time. I was lucky enough stand with him at his wedding last year, and I can't imagine this day without him up there with me.
Will Moss

I heard plenty of stories about Will from Lily before we had the chance to meet - and I've got to say, he lived up to the (little sister) hype. Our shared love of coffee, music, and pups made it an easy bond when we finally got to meet and spend time together. Both he and Anna made me feel right at home and part of the family. Lily and I are both so grateful he will be up there with us on our big day.
Stanton Adams

Since Jennifer and I have been such close siblings our whole lives, I wasn't sure about this Stanton guy when they started dating. Since then, he's been promoted to brother-in-law, and dad to my favorite little lady, Charlotte. I love Stanton for what a great husband he is to Jennifer and an incredible father he is to Cha-Cha. These achievements have proven that he is the best candidate for the position of groomsmen and I'm so glad he's alongside me.

Flower Girl
Charlotte (4) is Nick's niece, and daughter to Jennifer and Stanton Adams. We're so lucky to live nearby and get regular visits in with "Cha Cha". Go ahead and ask her about planets, trains, and trucks - she'll school you!
Emily Harmon

Emily (5) is Lily's FCOR (First Cousin Once Removed - but who has time for all those words?), and daughter of Amy and Andrew Harmon, Lily's cousin and her husband. She is full of spirit and personality - a family trait she comes by naturally! Emily is a rainbows and unicorns kinda girl, with an imagination running wild.
Hannah Phillips

Hannah (3) is daughter to Megan and Todd Phillips, and has been the lone girl in a sea of boys born in the last several years. She has held her own and then some. Hannah Banana is a sweet, strong, independent lady, just like her mom.
Charlie Knee
Ring Bearer
Charlie (3) is the son of Landis and Mark Knee, half of the Knee Twins, 1/3 of the Brothers Knee, and the Chut to Dale's Chim. He is a sweet, gentle soul - anytime I'm on the phone with Landis, Charlie is nearby offering something to his mom.
Dale Knee

Dale (3) is the son of Landis and Mark Knee, half of the Knee Twins, 1/3 of the Brothers Knee, and the Chim to Charlie's Chut. He is a sweet, curious little guy with an eye for technology and heart of gold.
Wyatt Phillips

Wyatt (4) is the son of Megan and Todd Phillips and stole a piece of my heart in 2016. Wy-guy is a such a sweet, smart little guy who love trucks of all shapes and sizes in a very real way. He's a great big brother to Hannah and little brother to Beau (Dog, Stella's former boyfriend).

Tommy (7), the OG FCOR, is the son of Amy and Andrew Harmon. He's a smart, sweet, baseball loving guy - Go A's! - who can Pokeman facts any of you under the table! This will be Tommy's first Beaufort trip, so let's make sure he falls in love and convinces his GG and Papa to move here!
