Our Journey
As most of you know, we met online in the fall of 2016 and quickly jumped into a routine of amazing adventures. The first email we shared between each other was regards to planning one of our best trips to date, a 5-day 'pack raft' float down one of the last un-damned rivers in the US - the Escalante. Needless to say that an adventure of this magnitude would be a test for any new couple, but it is safe to say we thrived and realized our connection to each other was much deeper than any online dating profile could ever capture. Below are some pictures over the years we hope you enjoy. Ultimately it resulted in us getting engaged in Taos, NM last fall (main picture) and the planning of this soon-to-be celebration!

In 2018 we and a few close friends decided to head to the land of the fjords and do some skiing in Norway! It was a magical trip. We had skis on our feet every day of the trip.

Beacon is all grown up now, and he comes on the majority of our adventures
Ask anyone and one of our favorite things to do is hang with our pup 'Beacon'. Here is a shot of us in Steamboat after he severely overate...
Over the past couple of years both of us have discovered a love for mountain biking (Thanks Brendan and Helene!) This is a pic of us in Columbia on a 6,000ft decent!
We try to visit 'no-fun' zones. This was taken above the town of Leadville in 2019. If you wish, when you come you can drive just a bit north of Buena Vista and visit here!
In the winter, one of our main activities is to 'backcountry ski' (hike up a mountain and ski down). Few things get Beacon more excited than skiing with us.
Things can get a little strange on 'hut trips'. This was taken at one of our favorite mountain huts (need to ski to). Between the wood-fire sauna and expansive deck are some awkward photos :)
Brandon's mom, Joan, helps manage a large ranch in Steamboat. This picture was taken along the banks of the Yampa river.
