What time should you arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:00pm, however we kindly ask that you plan to arrive around 3:30pm so that you have time to park and be seated before the ceremony promptly starts.

There is plenty of parking on site at the Bridges lot and it is a short walk up to the ceremony and reception space!

What should you wear?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome as well as suits and cocktail dresses. Or whatever you feel comfortable in! FYI that our Bridespeople are wearing lilic/wisteria colored dresses and gray suits, while Groomspeople are wearing navy dresses and navy suits in case you would like to avoid blending in with the wedding party! Our ceremony will be outside (if weather permits🤞) and will take place on the grass so plan your shoes accordingly! The reception which includes dinner and dancing will take place inside the venue.

When should you RSVP by?

Can you bring a plus-one?

We unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones or extra guests beyond those named on the wedding invitation envelope. We appreciate your understanding ❤️

What if you need accommodations for the night?

Answer

If you're coming from out of town or would just like to get away for the evening, we've booked a hotel block with reduced rates at the Residence Inn San Ramon which is about a 5 minute drive from the Bridges. 1 bedroom suites are available for $159 a night and 2 bedroom suites for $199 a night. Suites include separate bedrooms with living area and a kitchen. Please note that there is no shuttle to the venue so you will have to either drive yourselves or take an Uber/Lyft. Parking at the hotel is $20 a night if you are bringing a car. As noted in the first FAQ, there is plenty of parking in the Bridges lot! *Note: If you don't need a suite but still want a place to stay for the night you can probably find cheaper accommodations in the surrounding San Ramon area or in Pleasanton/Dublin instead 😉 Please reach out to brandonandkatelyn2024@gmail.com or text Katelyn at 925-519-5651 to let us know if you are interested in booking a room in our block and we can send you the link!
