Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We reserved three blocks at the hotels marked #1, #2, or #3. The deadline to book at those hotels is September 9th, 2026. They are limited in space.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
A shuttle will be provided to and from the reception for all hotel blocks. Please see the "Travel" page for more information.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Ceremony (Heinz Chapel) - There will be reserved parking for the ceremony along South Bellefield Avenue that is first come first serve. There will also be plenty of street parking behind Bellefield Hall (on S Dithridge St.). For those staying in hotels in Oakland, the ceremony is within walking distance. Reception (Phipps) - There is designated parking right in front of the building in the center of the road. There will also be plenty of street parking along Schenley Drive.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Children are allowed to attend both the ceremony and reception. Please note, the reception is open bar and music selection for dancing will not be age censored. If your child begins to cry during any event, please remove yourself from the room until they have calmed down. If the crying is not address, you will be asked to leave the event until they have settled. Additionally, during the reception, please ensure children are watched as they are not allowed on the dance floor during entrances, first dance, and cake cutting.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We suggest that everyone arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Be aware that the ceremony will begin exactly at 2:30pm.

What food/drink should I expect?
Answer
We will have an all-you-can-drink open bar and all-you-can-eat station service. The bar will be open all night while dinner service will be open for 2 hours. Because there are 4 stations, we encourage that you look at the offerings provided to have a better idea of what's available especially if you have any dietary restrictions.
