Kendal Matheson
Maid of Honor
Kendal is Sam's middle sister, BFFL's in the making since 1997. Her and Makenna share the honor of Maid of Honors. Sam and Kendal sister bond by going on roadtrips to the west coast together and usually have pretty epic times hiking all around, so long as they can mitigate their arguments by having a few beers in between. You can catch Kendal on the dance floor all night long making sure everyone is partying up to standards.
Makenna Matheson
Maid of Honor
Makenna is Sam's youngest sister, BFFL's in the making since 1999. Makenna and Kendal share the honor of being Maid of Honors. Sam and Mak bond over their love of craft beer establishments and going on roadtrips to the hotsprings of BC and finding free campsites on forest service roads (which Braeden hates). Makenna is currently living the dream over in Australia. She will be back for the wedding though and you can expect she will be the life of the party, hyping everyone up.
Kelsey Eaton
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and Sam met in preschool in 1998ish and they have been BFFL's ever since. Sam and Kelsey have been through many adventures in their day, but lately they prefer to bond through girls wine nights, relaxing, reading tarot cards and living their best witchy girl vibe lives #thisis30. You can catch Kelsey gushing about her dog Tesla, or cruising around in her many vehicles, but don't expect a ride from her on the wedding night because she will be crushing it on the dancefloor.

Flower Girl
Oakley is the baby of the family having been adopted by Sam and Brae in December of 2022. She is a labradoodle and will be 2.5 years old when the wedding comes around. She loooovveeesss everyone and she loves to hold hands. She will play fetch until one of you drops dead, but remember to say "LEAVE IT" and wait until she drops it and sits pretty, otherwise you will lose at tug of war.
Braedon Renny
Best Man
Braeden has known Braedon (Ren) since they were in peewee hockey and got thrown onto the same team together. Brothers from different mothers as Brae says, bffs a little too close for comfort sometimes. These two have some stories to tell, you may hear some weird inside jokes that make absolutely no sense to anyone else but them, so just nod along as they die laughing and casually make an excuse to head back to the dance floor as these two will spend hours by themselves just fine.
Justin Merritt
Groomsman
Brae and Justin have been friends for more than 15 years. Justin is Braeden's responsible adult friend (until you give him tequila), always helping Braeden with a new project Sam has thrown at him. He is a great dog dad, always down for Jackbox or puzzles, and also our pool boy. Catch Justin on the dance floor all night after we get a couple tequila waters in him.
Dustin Kolbeck
Groomsman
Fast friends, Brae and Dustin met through work and quickly became besties. Dustin's always one call away if Brae needs help with anything or just wants a drinking buddy. He's a great dog dad to Rex who was one of Oakley's first playdates and taught her her first bad habits, but we love them both anyways. Yell out "AWH YAA" and Dustin will appear anywhere on the dance floor ready to party.
Will Belyea
Groomsman
William is our matchmaker. A lover of Friday night bowling, he often drags his friends out to the bowling alley. Will, friends with both Brae and Sam separately invited them both out to a group bowl one night in 2017 and the rest was history. Brae and Will love to "bro down" and watch music videos, mostly of the band Walk off the Earth, which Sam is absolutely sick of, new suggestions welcome. You will most definitely see Will on the dance floor. Rumor has it if you start chanting "Go Will, Go Will" he will magically appear doing the worm.

Ring Bearer
Panther is the big brother of our little family and definitely acts like it by being annoyed at Oakley whenever she wants to play. P was adopted by Sam and Brae in June of 2019 and has been their precious bb, but also morning time menace ever since. He will be hiking with us, even though he pretends to hate it. He takes some time to warm up to others but once you get the pets just right and play peek a boo he'll come and cuddle so long as he can make biscuits on you while you cuddle.
